The Screening Committee is a helpful resource provided by the Land Use Board to assist the public with their applications for land and property development. This informal committee reviews various factors such as adequate parking, days and hours of operation,
ingress and egress, environmental concerns, number of employees, and drainage.
To obtain a screening committee application, please contact the Land Use Board secretary.
