Under the supervision of the Construction Official, the Division of Code Enforcement is responsible for conducting inspections throughout the City to ensure compliance with the City's codes and ordinances and the International Property Maintenance Code. These codes help protect the health and welfare of our residents, businesses, and visitors by establishing minimum standards for the maintenance of properties in the City of Burlington.
