Land-Use Board Meeting

The City of Burlington Land Use Board Meetings are generally held on the fourth Wednesday of each month beginning at 7:00 PM. Meetings will be conducted in person at The City of Burlington Municipal Building, Council Chambers, 525 High Street, Burlington, NJ 08016.

If in the future, it is decided that meetings are to be held virtually via Zoom, log-in instructions for each scheduled meeting date can be located under the Land Use Division at www.burlingtonnj.us no later than ten (10) days before the scheduled meeting.

ALL UNSCHEDULED MEETINGS WILL BE DULY ADVERTISED AND POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 231, P.L. 1975, THE OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT Consistent with N.J.A.C. 5:39-1, this annual notice is to be posted on the City website and on the door of the main public entrance to the building where the Land Use Board’s regular public meetings are held, along with the door for any designated and clearly delineated handicap accessible entrance.
