Request for Proposals (RFP) for Architectural Services
The City of Burlington, New Jersey (hereafter referred to as the “City”) is requesting proposals from architects licensed by the New Jersey State Board of Architects for design services for a new bandshell on the Burlington Riverfront Promenade. The Promenade is a 9.2-acre waterfront park along the Delaware River.
The proposed bandshell is expected to complement a group of active and passive recreational uses which presently exist or are recommended in the “Burlington Riverfront Promenade: A New Vision” study by Olin Landscape Architecture/Urban Design/Planning (April 2015).
Funding for the design and construction of the bandshell has been secured by the City through grants from the Burlington County Board of Chosen Freeholders Municipal Park Development Program.
